Who are we?

We are two brothers with a lifetime of backcountry knowledge. Together we share years of meat processing experience including USDA training. Our mission is to offer custom on site processing for fellow hobby farms and homesteaders. We offer, start to finish processing, along with the education and hands-on skills needed to become proficient and independent. Knife safety, safe meat handling and preservation skills are just the tip of the iceberg. The dream, to empower a new generation of self-sufficient homesteaders. We are looking forward to meeting you.
